The firm was founded in 2021 by Diana Crangasu, Romanian lawyer with over 19 years of experience at both a Magic Circle law firm and as the co-founding partner of a competition law boutique firm in Romania. Our expertise spans from established legal powerhouses to dynamic start-up ventures. We have a deep understanding of legal services as well as the agility and adaptability of the start-ups.

Led by founder Diana Crangasu, the firm prioritises assisting clients in areas where our expertise can truly make a difference. Crangasu Legal is committed to advising and supporting businesses in antitrust and competition matters. We also assist companies in matters related to competition law such as investment security screening (Foreign Direct Investments and similar), state aid, unfair competition, or Digital Markets Act.

We are also open to working with other law firms and outsource providers.
